Uraeus LLC is fully committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). This document outlines our GDPR compliance measures.

1. Data Controller

Uraeus LLC, based in Dover, Delaware, USA, acts as the data controller for personal data processed through uraeus.io and our products. Our European distribution partner, VxLabs GmbH (Regensburg, Germany), serves as our EU representative under Art. 27 GDPR.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data under the following legal bases: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)); legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
